By playing Venny at playvenny.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The game

Venny is free to play. We decide which answers count and how rare each one is, and we may change prompts, answer lists, scoring, or features at any time, or stop running the game.

Your answers

When you finish a daily round, your answers are added to anonymous player statistics. You agree that we can store and display those statistics, for example as the "% of players" shown after each round. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Fair play

Please don't use bots or scripts to submit answers, flood the statistics with fake submissions, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its database.

Our content

The Venny name, prompts, answer lists, design, and code belong to us. You're welcome to share your results and screenshots. Please don't copy the game or its answer lists.

Names of brands, teams, companies, and other things that appear in prompts or answers belong to their owners. Venny isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

No warranty

Venny is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the site will always be available, error-free, or that every valid answer is accepted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Venny. Our total liability for any claim relating to Venny is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date above. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
